Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets:

  • Refundable within 48 hours of purchase if the event is more than 14 days away.

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing support@michiganmysterysociety.com at least 48 hours before the event.

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by us, guests may choose between a refund or a future credit.

Private & Corporate Bookings:

  • Require a 50 % non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations > 14 days prior may apply the deposit to a future date within 6 months.

  • Cancellations < 14 days forfeit the deposit.

At Michigan Mystery Society, ticket sales are generally non-refundable due to the customized, limited-capacity nature of our events.
